Dry Basements Plus has been fantastic to work with! From the quoting stage with Craig, scheduling with Rachel, and walkthrough with Kyle, up to their crew finishing the job in our basement, they were great about communicating everything to us. The crew who worked in our basement — Dalver, Dakota, Josh, and Cameron — were all very friendly and professional, and did awesome work. Dakota specifically did a stellar job touching base with us each day about what would be happening when, showing us everything when the job was done and explaining how it all works, and was very pleasant to work with. They even ended up being able to get our job started earlier than originally planned, and got it done in the amount of time they said they would. Dry Basements Plus was one of multiple places that quoted us, and we’re glad we went with them — highly recommended!

The team was awesome! They called both days before arriving and worked like mad. Very efficient and so nice and polite to have in the house. Everything was cleaned up properly and everything they did was explained to us before they left. We weren’t looking forward to the whole drainage procedure but it was pretty painless😁. And a bonus was the singing that came from the basement. Pretty funny. Many thanks for your hard work and follow up calls. We now look forward to the “build out” phase!

Finished and Dry basements plus has been apart of our family since 2017. They worked really fast and efficient on our basement to finish it and then also with our sump pump and dehumidifier. When we've had an issue come up (as houses do) they rectify the situation right away. it was nice to have our sump pump replaced after our original one failed. They cleaned up nicely to fit it in well with our cement in our basement. I highly recommend them to do a great job and help secure your basement.

We had an outdated, wet, and moldy basement. Basements Plus took care of all of those problems and a few more we discovered in the process (dry-rotted floor joists, hazardous electrical). We are currently in process but look forward to enjoying our finished space in a few weeks.

The delivery was easy and people are very nice but if delivering in a sleeper truck and trailer and you are a owner operator if you have a larger tractor you probably won't make it in lot very tight and tree's will hit your tractor so you probably won't be excited about the situation and hurting your tractor will need some experience to maneuver here good luck

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! We recently had our crawlspace encapsulated by Basement Plus, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, every team member we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing excellent work. Our first contact was with Andrea Carr, the basement specialist who came out for a free assessment. Andrea was incredibly professional and thorough—she carefully examined our crawlspace, provided a detailed map of the area, and explained multiple encapsulation and payment options so we could make an informed decision. She also assured us the project would be completed on time, and she kept that promise! Next, Kyle Iverson, the project manager, came by to recheck the crawlspace and confirm the scope of work and timeline. His visit gave us extra confidence that Basement Plus takes accuracy and customer satisfaction seriously. We were also in great hands with Rachael Koons, the project coordinator, who kept us updated at every step—especially while coordinating with the City of Ann Arbor to obtain the work permit. Her communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring throughout the process. The installation crew—AJ Knapp, Malcolm Watkins, Devon Wilson, and Dakota Marshick—arrived a day early to get started, which was a wonderful surprise! Over three days, they worked efficiently, maintained a clean workspace, and were consistently professional and courteous. AJ did an excellent job keeping us informed of their daily progress and schedule. The team took care to protect our furniture, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and walked us through the finished work before leaving. They even explained the details of the encapsulation and the warranty, which we really appreciated. The results are outstanding—the crawlspace looks fantastic, and we could immediately feel a noticeable improvement in the temperature and comfort of our basement, just in time for the colder months. All in all, this was a seamless, well-coordinated project with zero surprises. Every person we interacted with—Andrea, Kyle, Rachael, AJ, Malcolm, Devon, and Dakota—went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
